Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time. Estimated timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Estimated delivery time after processing:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)


Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Packaging

  • All artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Prints are shipped in flat mailers or tubes, while original pieces are boxed with protective materials.


Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at gchaviano.art@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
